We collect the following types of personal data: (a) Identification data: full name, identity document, CUIT/CUIL, nationality, date of birth, and address. (b) Contact data: email address, phone number. (c) Contact form data: name, email, and message you send us through our web form. (d) Browsing data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, visit duration, and cookies (see our Cookie Policy). (e) Financial data: exclusively when necessary for managing investments through the platform, such as banking information and transaction history.
3. Purpose of data processing
The personal data we collect is used for the following purposes: (a) Managing and administering your account on the platform. (b) Responding to inquiries sent through the contact form. (c) Facilitating participation in real estate crowdlending projects. (d) Complying with legal and regulatory obligations, including anti-money laundering regulations (Law 25,246 and FIU resolutions). (e) Improving the user experience on the platform through browsing data analysis (only with your express consent). (f) Sending informative communications about projects and platform news (only if you have given your consent).
4. Legal basis for data processing
The processing of your personal data is based on: (a) Your free, express, and informed consent (Art. 5, Law 25,326). (b) The execution of the contractual relationship when you participate in investment projects. (c) Compliance with applicable legal obligations (CNV, FIU, and BCRA regulations). (d) Our legitimate interest in improving the platform's services, provided that your fundamental rights do not prevail.
5. Consent and Google Consent Mode v2
Aurivaulta implements Google Consent Mode v2 to manage cookies and tracking technologies according to your preferences. This means that: (a) By default, all advertising and analytics cookies are disabled until you express your consent. (b) Google Ads and Google Analytics services are only activated when you grant your consent through the cookie banner. (c) You can modify your cookie preferences at any time from the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer. (d) Your choice is stored locally in your browser and is respected on future visits.
6. Storage and security
Your personal data is stored on secure servers located in jurisdictions that guarantee adequate levels of data protection. The data retention period will be as necessary to fulfill the described purposes and comply with current legal obligations, with a maximum of 10 years for data related to financial transactions as required by current regulations.

(c) Request the deletion of your data when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected (Art. 16). (d) Object to the processing of your data in certain circumstances. 8. Data transfers
We do not share your personal data with third parties except: (a) When necessary for the provision of services (technology providers, payment processors). In the case of international data transfers, we ensure that the recipient country has an adequate level of protection, as established by the AAIP.
